Yes yes one of these threads.

Is this normal?

With your iPhone 4/4s facing you push the silent switch back but not enough to actually toggle it. Emphasis on the bottom half of said switch. Does it become crooked or is it firmly aligned?

My 4s does this but not enough to show the orange on the switch. Is my switch poorly seated? Toggles just fine. :eek:

Mine (had) it too. You can even see it in iPhone 4 pictures from Apples website.

My replacement iPhone 4 I gave to my dad was like this too.
 
Why worry about it? Just move the entire switch and quit trying to move the bottom part only...
