Silently sync local folders with remote webdav folders?

I'm looking for software that can silently sync local folders with remote webdav folders.

It would also be nice if I could just relate to the local folder, and the software would automatically synce new files in both directions.

Anyone got some suggestions?

I continue to recommend Chronosync for all file and folder syncing needs. It's as fully featured and robust as any sync utility I've ever seen. You can get the "silent" bit by using the scheduler function.
