Silicone full body skin?

i saw someone with an iphone 4 and he had some silicone skin on it and it covered the whole phone, like a condom, anyone know where i can get one? his was like a frosty blue? am in uk thanks

Otterbox makes the Impact case, which is a full-body all-silicone skin. They only have black for the 4S at the moment, but the do have blue in the one listed for the 4. But the one for the 4 has the updated camera/flash cutout, so it should work just fine on the 4S.

its not exactly a case, its just like a slip on condom (only way i can describe it, it covers everything probably has a slit on the bottom for the phone to slide through, its like the old nokia 3310 clear snake skin fit.
