I've had my iPhone for about 2 and half months now and I haven't set any images as my wallpaper.

Anyway, I'd appreciate if someone could answer my question.

Settings>Wallpaper>Camera Roll

EDIT: I need to learn to read...

Just load the image, hold your finger on it, and tap "save image" when the option pops up. From there, the above basically applies
 
Go to whatever picture you want online and touch + hold onto it for a second or so until you see Save

Save it into your camera roll then go to it and set as wallpaper
