Okay, I downloaded Opera, which is my Internet browser of choice. However, after maximizing the window filling my entire monitor, I cannot get it to become smaller again. Clicking the green button from the stoplight at the top of the window does not work period. I have restarted my computer, since this has helped in the past for problems, but this is not working. How do I go about changing this?
