Hi, a tiny bit of the silver bezel has slightly worn very very very slightly, will this effect re-sale value?

Do you mean the silver bezel surrounding the glass and black bezel, the part that is actually part of the lid?
Can you provide photographic evidence?

If it's pretty damn minor, I don't think it'll be a major issue. The thing about selling used Macs, though, are that the customer base for who will buy one are people who know a lot about Apple computers and are usually pretty picky...logically one wouldn't buy a used laptop unless they really felt confident it would last, hence used Macs.

Hm, it's so minor it probably wasn't worth me even posting this thread. I guess it's annoying as I know it's there.

Seriously, any Mac you buy will show signs of wear over time. I wouldn't obsess about it.

I agree with that. Even though some buyers are really particular, they're buying a used laptop. They can't expect it to be just 100% flawless, it's a used machine and you're getting what you paid for.
