Curious on this. Why choose a black or now a graphite SS over silver? Silver watches for me have a timeless classy look to them. I guess the DLC finish being more scratch resistant is one reason.
 
SS Silver is the best all around in my opinion. Especially if you are looking for the high end watch look, not the computer techy stealth look.

Titanium silver is another option and the one I went with this time.

Honestly I really wanted to try the Graphite SS, but I have so many bands with the Silver SS hardware that it makes it hard to switch. I'm fully invested in it lol. That said, I've tried SBSS and a Sport watch before and I always come back to Silver SS. It just works with so many bands and looks the most like a traditional watch, IMO.
