SilverKeeper or any other back-up software recommendations?

I need to make a back-up of my MacBook's drive, so I've just downloaded SilverKeeper and was wondering if there might be anything similar or better out there, as this app does not appear to have been updated since 2005. Does anyone have any recommendations? Shareware is good, freeware would be better.

SuperDuper isn't perfect, but it's quite usable.
