Greetings MacRumors! Long-time lurker, first time poster.

I've just updated my OS to the latest build of 10.6.8 (and whatever other updates that came with it. maybe this is a Safari issue?) and now Netflix doesn't work in Safari. I get "plug-in failure" messages or the player just fails to load the video. I believe my Silverlight is up to date, so that probably isn't the issue.

Anyone have an idea how to resolve this?

Thanks in advance!

This is the Lion (10.7) forum, so your post is misplaced. IN any case, have you tried following up on any of your ideas first? if it could be a safari issue, try Chrome. If you have any doubt about silverlight being installed properly, go reinstall it...

Though it's been a day, I have not had any problems pertaining to Netflix, Lion and Safari.

In fact, I don't think I've even updated Silverlight since downloading Lion.
