Sim card help..

Ok so I was wondering what would be the best way to switch the sim cards between the iPhone 4 and 4s both on att. My mom got the new 4s but she doesn't use Siri or the new camera so she she said she wouldn't care if I switched my 16gb iPhone 4 on AT&T with her 16gb iPhone 4s on AT&T :

What do you mean "the best way"? If I'm not mistaken, they both use MicroSIMs so you can just swap them without issue. Or am I missing something?

What I mean is should I first restore both iPhones resync them and them switch the sims? Would that work? I just want to make sure that it works so I don't screw up both iPhones. And if AT&T has her name under the 4s and me under the 4 will that miss anything up? Sorry if this is a dumb question I don't know much about sims
