SIM card or no?

So I've decided to just buy the phone for 649. I'm assuming all iPhone 5's will be coming with a SIM card correct? If that is the case all we have to do is go to on our online account (VZ) and select "switch device", plug in the MEID or any necessary info and bam were good to go?

No need to acquire a SIM card, and no need to have vz change the "feature code on your data plan" since your going from a 3g iphone to a 4g lte one?

The latter of the 2 ive been reading vz has to do change that and idk if that affects the unlimited or not.

Ok so I found out the SIM card will come with the phone you buy even if it's for 649 just gotta specify verizon or att.

Now the 2nd question...

do you need to have vz change the "feature code" on your data plan since your going from a 3g iphone to a 4g lte one?
