No, each is unique with different IMEI and serial numbers printed on them.

That one has a the iPhone IMEI & Serial on it.

others simtrays (where you can find on the market like eBay), are same as the Original simtrays, but doesn't have IMEI nor Serial number for the iPhone.

Both of them will fit and work fine with the iPhone.

Micro SIMs are standardized, so yes all of them will fit as long as they are standardize. If you cut one yourself, then it cannot be guarantee it will fit (but if you cut it correctly, most likely there will be no issues).
