Sim card tray stuck

so when i use the pin the push the tray out it comes out but it is stuck so i cant pull the rest of it out. any ideas what to do. i got the phone last week.

Bring it to your provider and see if they can get it out for you. Or an Apple store.

Do you have a sim/microsim in your phone? The microsim-part is bending slightly and gets stuck to the inside of the sim slot. If *gentle* bending doesn't work, find a thin, stiff piece of plastic, and cut a strip about a quarter inch wide. Slide it along the partly exposed sim, to guide the microsim-part over the bump. Try both sides, but I guess the screen-side of the sim slot is the first one to try.
