Is it possible, with the right hardware/software to clone a sim card?

this is illegal in most countries so that's something that I believe no one here will help you with. The old sim cards was easily possible, new sim cards should be almost impossible due to the Ki number being well hidden and if you try too many times the SIM will be unusable, but is possible to do if you want to risk it.
