Sim failure?

My 7 plus just said it had Sim failure and then it said Invalid sim. All cellular and data stopped working so I restarted the phone and it was okay. Would you think one off fluke or something that is likely to happen again?

Maybe take it back to your carrier and have them check the sim and make sure it is seated correctly.
