Any way to speed this along? I did the activation step on my new phone a about 3 hours ago and my 4s still has service and my 5 says no service. I didn't see any other posts like this, so it doesn't seem like att is having widespread issues like last year.
 
It took me 30 min to get through to them over the phone. They're activating right now. Didn't work when i tried it myself
 
Call ATT. they will straighten it out

Mine wouldn't, said no sim available..couldn't activate..

I just took the sim out, rearranged it in the holder, slid it in nice and tight and viola.
