SIM not recgonized.

Hey all, I'm trying to JB a iPhone 4 - I know how to do all this with jailbreakme.com and all that stuff, but I've got a sim card question. The phone in question does not have a sim card, so I get an "insert valid sim card with no pin lock" message and the slide for emergency screen. I bought a SIM card off ebay so I can get into safari and thus use jailbreakme.com. Linked below is the SIM card I bought.

So, it arrived and I inserted it. The "insert valid sim card" message goes away, but I still get the slide for emergency message. Furthermore, iTunes gives me the "SIM card inserted dose not seem to be supported". Did I buy the wrong SIM card? Where did I go wrong?

Ah, look at that... So, what do you recommend someone in my situation do about this? Trying to unlock the phone that is.
