Similar threads problems

There are "similar" threads that's great, but sometimes they are weird or bad recommendations.

For example:


As you can see it's the giveaway thread for the battery. However the recommended threads are all from 2014/2015. One is another giveaway that's long done and one is an archived thread.

This goings on all the time with the similar threads, perhaps some filters are needed to boot?

The forum software is just looking for matching words, without any advanced analysis, so the matches aren't always relevant. There was one archived forum in which it was looking for matches, and we've now corrected that.
