Simlyburns - problem

Hi all, Ive just made the jump from Windows to Mac and am having difficulty in burning jpegs to CD using Simplyburns.

I get the following message:

"The burn to the HL-DT-ST DVD-RW GWA-4165B drive failed. The device is being used by another application."

Probably something very simple!

I would appreciate your help.

Is this the internal drive you're trying to use, or an external one? (big difference)

What "other" applications are running (in addition to SimplyBurns?)

Have you tried quitting them?
