Simple Adobe Designer help

So I am designing some labels and I want to know if there is a want to design the PDF so that if I add something to one text field (while editing the pdf not in Designer) I change it all.

Simple. At least I think so. Am I being clear?

basically i want to edit the PDF in designer to be able to mass edit the labels by only editing one label.
