My ISP has a cap of just 10gb per month (ridiculous I know) and im sure im going over it.

Ive had a quick google but cant seem to find a way of monitoring how much im downloading in total, including all web browsing/video streaming etc etc. Anyone know of an app or widget (preferably free)?

Looks good, do I have to run it all the time or can I just load it up and check my usage?

I think it runs all the time in the background. When you want to see your usage you just open up the window.
It is measuring a running total of your usage so therefore it would need to be on all the time (when you access the internet)

Methinks I'm going to run that just out of curiosity to see how much I actually use.. Thx for the link!
