Simple Applescript

I apologize for how basic this is. I have written a few scripts, but after half a day on this I've given up.
Can someone write a script to move files "01.jpg", 03.jpg" "05.jpg"... from folder "Scans" to folder "Rotate"

Have you tried Automator? You should be able to bang something up quickly.
