hi

I've received a number of emails each containing a PDF file that has 20 or so photos in each. I am looking for a quick straightforward way of saving these as JPEGS without having to select each photo in turn from the pdf file.

I've seen other suggestions of using a print selection to send to iphoto but the message came up that automator could not do this.

Also tried another suggestion to export from file within preview but i have no export option from preview!

Any suggestions happy to try!

Thanks
H

I'm guessing you're trying to do the steps from http://www.switchingtomac.com/tutorials/extract-images-from-a-pdf-using-preview-and-iphoto/. It's export from file from within iPhoto not Preview. You can always use something like File Juicer or any other kind of software that extracts images from PDFs. Most software allows you to try it before you buy it. If the software isn't crippled in functionality in any way give it a try.

Info : File Juicer and http://www.iskysoft.com/edit-pdf/extract-images-from-pdf-mac.html
