Simple Dashboard help? (im new to mac)

so on the dashboard, how do i change the location of the weather widget?
I know its simple, but im new to mac

Click on it and drag it like any other app or window

oh sorry, not like that,haha, but for example:

if it tells me weather for "Dallas" but i want to change it so it tells me the weather for lets say "Boston

Change the location as in drag it somewhere on the screen or location as in city?

If you are looking to change the location(city) just put the cursor over the wiget and you'll see a little "i" in the corner.....click it and it will turn the wiget over to reveal the settings.

If you are just looking to move it somewhere then the 2nd poster got you covered.

In the bottom right corner when yyou move the mouse over it there is an i that comes up, click on that and it will give you the option to change the location.

Just thought you'd like to know this thread is still helping!

I am 24 hours into my first mac, and I now have a dashboard that tells me my weather!
Although, to be honest, I think I might revert to the default; it's not raining there!

Thanks, anyway. Simple questions aren't simple when you don't know the answer!
