I recently discovered that an iPad and iPhone I recently added to my stable of gadgets were both configured to permanently delete all email messages older than 2 weeks from my email trash folder.

I have Time Machine backups going back to October, but I am not excited about restoring each daily backup and also not sure what kind of duplication issues I am going to experience. Is anyone aware of a method, script, or other tool that will perform a unique restore on a specific mail directory going back as far as Time Machine will allow.

Please accept me as an eHoarder and spare me your opinions of what does and doesn't belong in the Trash bin. Thanks in advance.
