Simple Graphic Tool for iPhone Interface

Hi guys,

I'm in the process of completing my iphone app. Its a medical app.
However, since I've got no knowledge of graphics at all, I was wondering is there a light Application for Mac, that helps create simple interface stuff for iPhone
Like a gradient Cell for UITableViewCell.
Something similar to NavigationBar, Glossy pictures. etc..

My need is only simple bars and gradients like in iPhone.

Photoshop is real complex for me to understand anything. If theres any such app, i'd sure be interested ..
