Simple image editor for iPad Pro that supports Apple Pencil 2

I take screenshots on my Mac and would like to do some really simple things with them, like circle parts of the image, draw arrows, etc. If I take a screenshot on my Mac and add it to Photos, can I open it in an app on the iPad, use the Apple Pencil 2 and then sync it back to the Mac and if so, what software to use?

The photos app makes it easy to draw circles and arrows with the pencil. Cant be easier. Works in Notes too, and other Apple apps.
