Would a template made in Logic Pro (older version) be able to be open and used in Logic Pro X with problems?

It will open, just depends on what you have in there and how complicated it is.
Obviously the new features will revert to their defaults.
I only had 3 templates when I swapped over, took a little while to get them looking how I wanted. I tend to turn off all the garageband like features.
