I need an app to keep track of movies that I've watched and movies I'd like to see. There are a few of them, but they all seem completely useless.

I'd like it to provide lists like: In Theaters, New Rentals, Classics, by Genre etc.

There are several that do this... so far so good.

NOW, I want to have three choices.

1. I want to see it. Great. It's on a list of movies to see.

2. I've seen it. Perfect. It will never be suggested again.

3. Ignore. I haven't seen it, but I'm not interested and never want to see it suggested again.

Now I can go back and see the contents of these lists if I choose. But for the most part, if I make one of these three selections I no longer need to "discover" that movie.

Netflix is plagued by recommending only movies I've already watched and rated. Why they would keep suggesting movies I've already rated is beyond me... unless to make it seem like they have a better selection than they do... or discourage me from actually watching movies.

MovieQuest, imdb, Movies todo etc. all have a lot of these options, but most of them continue to show movies that you've already put on a list.

Is there an app out there like this that I'm missing?
