Here is all I need in a case for my iPhone 4S:

Doesn't interfere at all with camera flash.

Leaves 30 Pin connector open wide for my car connector.

Provides some grip, not slick or slippery.

No overly fancy design, just plain color or smoke or clear.

Any thoughts?

That looks about perfect. Are we sure that the opening for the camera is large enough to not interfere with the flash?

Another newbie. Another case thread......because one of the other hundred doesn't apply to them.

Well, that was helpful...

I have used Incase sliders on both my 3G and 4. I really like the quality. They don't add a lot of bulk. The only problem I had was the bottom cracked due to my car plug being thicker than the Apple cable.

I decided I'd really like to have my phone "naked" because I like the look. I am now using a clear Belkin snap on case to cover the back and prevent scratching.

Hope this helps, and welcome!
