Do you think Apple might be open to the idea of adding the music "repeat" and "shuffle" buttons to the Control Center/lock screen?

Often, I encounter the unpleasant need to enter my long password to unlock my phone, just to open the music app and enable/disable the "repeat" button for music playback.

If this were part of the control center/lock screen, then entering the password would not be necessary. I could just double tap the home button and press the "repeat" button on the lock screen.

Small wish list item.

Would apple care, or are they somehow trying to protect me from myself by omitting this "obvious" feature?

I would like that as well, but a bigger pet peeve for me is that double clicking the home button will no longer switch the music player on lock screen to the time. It's annoying because if you receive a notification or anything that allows the screen to light up and your is in your pocket, then you will probably inadvertently change the song or change the volume.

They need to drop the music controls on the lock screen and only show the artist, song, and album and they can have the normal clock instead of the small clock and have the cover art right under that. Use control center on the lock screen to play, pause, skip, scrub and if you have lock screen control center disabled when you swop up it will only be music controls no quick settings or brightens or quick apps.
