Simple RSS Reader

I'm looking for a really simple, free, RSS reader. When I say simple I mean something along the lines of the Mail interface

If safari is no good fo your tastes then I would suggest pulpfiction (though you have to pay so thats out the question) or Shrook which is freeware

i use Vienna, never had any problems with it. nice, light, easy to use. can't really ask for more i don't think!

I really don't understand how RSS in Safari works.

When I hit the RSS in the address bar, it gives me a different view of the page. So if I want to subscribe to a few blogs, how do I do that in Safari? Or do I have to get Google Reader like someone suggested?

What I do is the following:

First create a new folder in the Bookmarks bar.
Then, click on the RSS icon on the right of the addressbar, and add that RSS-site to your created folder in the bookmakrs bar...

I downloaded Vienna a couple weeks ago, and I love it. It works perfectly for what I want in a feed-reader.

I downloaded Vienna but haven't checked it out yet. I think the Safari bookmark will be fine for me.

The Safari RSS reader works very well, the only complaint I have is the integration: it ignores the default Web browser preference and opens all links in Safari. That's totally not an issue if you use Safari for HTTP anyway.
