Simple Rubber-like, form-fitting case for iPad2

Hi all,

I ran a search, and manually went page-by-page, but can't find a thread that is specifically addressing this request...

Any recommendations for a rubber (or silicone?)-like, form-fitting case for the iPad2?

I don't need to protect the screen...just needs something that fits the iPad2 well to prevent 'dings' on the edges/corners and scratches on the back.

Ideas?
