Simple video cutting software that doesn't reduce bitrate?

I have a lot of drone footage that I am trying to cut down to just the good parts to archive. I have been trying to use Quicktime Player 10.4 to cut out the parts that I don't want, but when I save the new video, it appears the bitrate of the original is being lost. For example, the original video is a constant 25.97mbps at 1080p, while the new video that Quicktime butchers becomes instead 15.77mbps.

Is there a simple software out there, preferably free, that do cut down my videos losslessly?
