Simple VIDEO_TS editing tool

Hello!
I have a few VIDEO_TS dvd folders that someone converted for me from VHS, and I want to edit the bulk video files and add chapters and a simple DVD menu. Can't seem to find anything simple for what I need for a Mac. Anyone knows of a tool like this?

MPEGStreamclip will play the VOB files. You can then Export to mp4 or Quicktime and then use Subler to create your Chapters.

You'd then have to re-encode as a dvd file using something like Burn to get your menus.
