Simplest no-frills audio editor needed

Hello everyone. I'm searching for a very simple audio editor. I don't need any bells and whistles. Basically, I have hours of recorded conversation and I have to copy necessary portions and save them separately while preserving the original file. So no reverb or fading needed. I've tried a few that seem like a lot of overkill. Any ideas would be very helpful. Thank you all - Joe

I use Audacity. But for zero frills, QT-Pro works great.

Thank you very much for the fast reply. I looked at QT Pro, but couldn't find a tutorial on audio only. Everything talked about adding audio and audio effects. I'll give it a try now.
