Anyone have experience with SimpleTech Pro Drive 1TB external. It has 4 inputs, USB, firewire 400 and 800 and esata. I would use the fW800 to my mac mini.

well i bought this and it works okay i guess but i notice the drive keeps spinning even if in idle. Do most external hard drives out there the same?

well dont buy this drive!! #$##$#$#$ I loaded all my files onto it, and then the next day all the files are gone?! Says there is no items on the drive but I know they are on since the total capacity left is lower....i cant find them?
