HomeKit SimpliSafe via HomeBridge

I have my SimpliSafe alarm system in my HomeKit setup using HomeBridge on my Mac. I recently moved and added some new sensors, but they are not showing up in HomeKit or HomeBridge. Does anyone know how to add the new sensors in either system? Thanks!
