I just recently installed Sims 3 and all of the Add-ons onto my Mac and it has been quite laggy/jumpy, even on the lowest settings. I'm getting around 20-40 fps or 50 fps if I'm lucky. I use to play it on bootcamp which ran perfectly fine, but I restored my mac because of issues and now I can't get bootcamp back on because of annoying problems. It couldn't be my specs because they're perfectly fine.

MacBook Pro 15" Early 2011
Mac OS X Lion 10.7.3
2.2 GHz Intel Core i7 Processor
8 GB 1333 MHz DDR3 Memory
AMD Radeon HD 6750M 1024 MB Graphics

I just don't know what is wrong, except for the fact that some say EA doesn't properly optimize their games for Mac, because the game is simply a Windows .exe converted into a Mac .app, but it really shouldn't be laggy and jumpy like it is :( Please help, thanks!
