Hey I am looking to buy an iMac and have bought the Sims 3. This is the most gaming I will probably do and was wondering how the 24" with 9400M would handle it?

Any help would be great,

Thanks

Sims 3

My 3.06ghz APPLE iMac has got:
4GB DDR2 Ram
1TB HD
2 Kingston Memory
NVIDIA GeForce 9400M
I hope Sims 3 works in it.

Will the SIMS3 also run on the pre-2009 iMacs?

Mine is the iMac8,1 version:
Intel Core 2 Duo 2.8 GHz
4 GB DDR2 SDRAM
ATI Radeon HD 2600 Pro
running on Snow Leopard now...

Please let me know if this will do before I purchase Sims3 :) Thank you guys!

It will run smoothly, dont worry about it. I have a macbook at 2.2 ghz and a crappy intel integrated and it still runs it, not great but with tuned down graphics it works well. With 9400 nvidia you will get a good performance. Sims is made for game play not extreme graphics so you are okay.
