OS X Sims complete collection, work with Mountain Lion?

I have sims complete collection for mac (I'm a sims fan), my macbook is on leopard OS and I was wondering if I was to upgrade to mountain lion OSX would it still work??

If that is the original one, then i guess no.
It is probably a PowerPC app.
