I have a worldphone iPhone 5.

What pay go carrier can I get in Canada and how do I get it. Also, does AT&T work in Canada?

Oh, so no one knows. Fine.

Well, if you are in a major city, try Wind-it's the cheapest, though not the best in coverage and quality. I personally have rogers, they have the best coverage overall, you can try there pay-to-go-option, for 15$ but no data, for data you will need post paid, data with pay-to-go will be like 60$ for 300mb I guess.
Same 60$ will give you 1GB in post-paid.

Where where do I get the SIM cards from?

whoops, sorry for the delayed reply, if you want rogers, there are plenty of rogers outlet, go to the rogers site and check out the locations, for wind am not sure-they have much less retail outlets-where I live, they don't even have coverage-and it's a big city am talking.

Or go to Future Shop, you will find Telus,Rogers and Bell all there-you can compare them side-by-side. Go to Futureshop.com, enter your location where you will be and boom !

AT&T works in Canada, it hands you off to Rogers and you get charged a lot of money.

Here are your options: Rogers, Telus, Bell, (and Wind, if your iPhone is on this list - http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5720 ). You can try one of their stores or Future Shop or Best Buy. You have the internet, find the locations closest to you.
