iOS Simulator strange after upgraded to Lion 10.7.3

I installed 10.7.3, but I found my simulator doesn't work and keep to access Internet, never stop except I click button. All things were no any problems before I upgraded.

I found the error message in console as below

I also tried in iPhone4S, that is ok without any problem. What can I do?
