Simultaneous posting to social network sites

I would like to know if there is any mac application to give me the option of multiple simultaneous posting to several social networks, such as facebook, blogs(wordpress/blogspot etc), twitter etc.
Not go for posting in each page separately, which is time consuming, a lot of hassle...

I would like to write my texts once, and publish/post them once, using a single unified interface.

I do not know if there is any application to do it, or internet web app.

Your suggestions please?

This doesn't fully meet your requirements, but there is an option for Facebook/Twitter. It's called Selective Twitter. When you post something to Twitter that ends with "#fb" (without the quotes), Selective Twitter picks that up and posts it as your Facebook updates.
