Simultaneous trials of VM and Parallels?

I've currently got a Parallels trial installed, and received a VM trial download.

I'd like to install Fusion with Parallels also installed (not run both programs at once, just have both installed so I can try each conveniently).

Any problems with installing both trials of which I should be aware?

I run both, sometimes at the same time.
