Simultaneous zoom and screen capture?

Love using the Zoom accessibility feature (⌥⌘-8) in Lion/Mountain Lion, and also the traditional screen grab (⌃⇧⌘-4)

Can't figure out how to use them both together though. Eg take a zoomed screenshot of a certain area.
