Since 2.1 update loss of sound on games

I just played some games for the first time in a few days and noticed half of them don't have any sound anymore. Anyone else experiencing this?
Aurora Feint has music but the block turning and exploding has gone. The guitar app no longer makes any sound, breakclassic has no sound, pool has no sound, air hockey has no sound. Some other games such as GTS racing, invasion, labryth, RF09 don't seem to be effected

There have been some other posts on this, something @ changes to 8-bit sound in 2.1. Toy bot diaries sounds terrible and is too loud to play right now. Check the apps threads; I'd give you a link, but for some strange reason copy & paste don't work on my iPhone...
