Since 3.0 Update Safari won't play media anymore.

Hi everybody,

Since I have updated to 3.0 I can't watch anything from within Safari anymore. Meaning if I click a link with an iPhone compatible Quicktime file instead of jumping to the media player I get a page full of weird letters, same for mp3s and all other iPhone compatible media.
Has anyone else experienced the same problem?
I can't find anything on that topic on the internet yet.

Ok so I might actually be the only one experiencing that problem.
Just to let you know. A restore to factory settings fixed the problem but restoring my old back-up obviously will result in the bug being there again.
So I lost quite a few important text messages, is there anyway of selectively restoring a iphone back-up?
