since ios5 update - no more pairing with car

It seems that bluetooth is now also broken on my new 4S with the latest iOS5 updates!

I am now suddenly unable to pair with my VW TDI.

I'm wondering if it's possible to revert back to previous version iOS5, OR how do I get pairing to work - again - since it used to work perfectly.

I NEVER had any problems with my old 3G, but all these little naggy issues are making me wonder...

How do I fix this?

You've deleted all pairings on the car and the phone and tried it fresh?
