Since iTunes update 8.1.1, iTunes keeps switching to mini-player mode

As the title says, when I open up iTunes after my macbook has been booted it keeps switching to mini-player mode. Sometimes does it when I open up iTunes whilst playing music. Never had this problem before seems to have started after the 8.1.1 update.

Any ideas how I could fix it, delete .plist :confused:
